| The wine is lightly oaked using old French
barrels, allowing the wine oak for structure and
balance, without imparting strong oak tannins.
Sangiovese is typically a lighter style of red wine,
early to release and easy to drink, which is why
we bottle it young to retain those youthful, fresh,
fruity characters. |
