A fine texture and a pleasant freshness lead to flowery notes and almond hints to the nose. In the mouth, a length of flavour and fresh ending enhanced by a remarkable structure in which can be found notes of lemon and grapefruit. Grapes for this Chamapagne come from the 4hectar Champ Persin plot which produces just 40,000 bottles per year
From the Cotes des Bar region of Champagne. The Moutard family has been making wine since 1642 from its base in Buxeuil on the sunny slopes of the Cote des Bar and started producing Champagne in 1927
This wine has a slight salinity so pairs perfect with oysters and seafood, particularly Langoustine. This is also fantastic with fhicken and salads where the acidity in the Champagne will help elevate flavours of the vegetables. Or simply served as an aperitif.
