A fine texture and a pleasant freshness lead to flowery notes and almond hints to the nose. In the mouth, a length of flavour and fresh ending enhanced by a remarkable structure in which can be found notes of lemon and grapefruit. Grapes for this Champagne come from the 4 hectare Champ Persin plot which produces just 40,000 bottles per year |

This wine has a slight salinity so pairs perfectly with oysters and seafood, particularly Langoustine. This is also fantastic with chicken and salads where the acidity in the Champagne will help elevate flavours of the vegetables. Or simply served as an aperitif. |
