| This Luscious Semi-Dry (LSD) Riesling displays lifted citrus notes with hints of orange blossom and spice. The fruit sweetness on the palate is beautifully balanced by the refreshing acidity making this a very enjoyable wine to have with spicy food or simply with soft cheeses and fresh fruit. |

| Machine harvested in the cool of the night, crushed and then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. Light pressings are included in the ferment for additional character and mouthfeel.
The residual sugar is achieved through a combination of stopping the ferment early and adjusting slightly prior to bottling to achieve the perfect harmony of sugar and acidity. |
