A unique and elegant expression crafted entirely from the rare Pinot Blanc grape. The nose is vibrant with aromas of orchard fruits, white flowers and a subtle brioche undertone. On the palate, crisp apple, ripe pear and hints of citrus are complemented by a creamy texture and fine, persistent mousse. Balanced and refreshing, it finishes with a delicate minerality and a touch of toasted almond. A refined, distinctive Champagne.

70% of 2022 harvest blended with 30% of reserve wines. Aged on the lees for 20 months. Malolactic fermentation to keep the freshness of the grapes and the longevity of the wine. Winemaker is BenoÎt Moutard
