Intense ruby red in the glass, it opens with generous aromas of ripe blackberry and plum compote, layered with hints of pepper, vanilla and sweet spice.
On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, balancing juicy dark fruit with supple tannins and a warming, rounded finish. Well-structured yet approachable, it offers a long, satisfying persistence that makes it ideal for pairing with roast meats, hearty pasta dishes or aged cheeses.
