What is BRCGS Storage & Distribution?
The BRCGS Global Standard for Storage and Distribution is a globally recognised certification that applies to businesses responsible for storing, handling and distributing food and drink products. The standard assesses systems and procedures that help protect product quality, safety and legality from receipt through to final delivery.
Certification requires robust controls across areas including product traceability, warehouse management, hygiene, risk management, staff training and supplier compliance.

Lanchester Wines operates more than one million square feet of bonded warehouse space across four sites in the North East of England, storing in excess of 37 million bottles and managing approximately 1,800 wine pallet movements every day and into the night.
