Tasting Notes
This Pinot Noir is a quintessential expression of Central Coast cool-climate vines, with its
elegant, light-bodied style. Delicate aromas hint at the crushed violets, cranberry and
strawberry notes on the palate. Beautifully balanced with a soft tannin finish, this wine is
the ideal complement for seared salmon, pork loin or grilled vegetables.
The wine was aged in small oak tanks, creating the perfect balance of delicate varietal flavour, crisp acidity and nuanced oak notes in this coastal Pinot Noir.
