Pale ruby red in colour with fragrant aromas of rhubarb, spice and sweet cherries. On the palate, an earthy, expressive wine with flavours of plum, raspberry and herbaceous notes. This funky, carefree wine is crafted from grapes grown in McPhersons spectacularly beautiful Central Victorian Vineyards. Enjoy in peace, love and happiness.

Additional Info

The wine is lightly oaked using old French barrels, allowing the wine oak for structure and balance, without imparting strong oak tannins. Sangiovese is typically a lighter style of red wine, early to release and easy to drink, which is why we bottle it young to retain those youthful, fresh, fruity characters.
