Tasting Notes

Fresh, luscious fruit with citrus, melon and a hint of orange blossom. The bouquet opens with aromas of flowers and fennel while in the glass the wine is yellow with green hints. Long-lasting finish and mouth watering acidity. Grape bunches were destemmed from the moment of unloading in the winepress hopper. A pellicular maceration was carried out for several hours prior to the pressing and beginning of the alcoholic fermentation. Such fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel vats.
