Complex bouquet of white fruit with honey and coconut notes. Generous fruity flavours on the palate with good balance and freshness. Aged 4 months in stainless steel vats. Originally from Spain, Albariño has found a wonderful home in the Languedoc vineyards, where it can express all its complexity and richness.
Les Vignobles Foncalieu looked for a fresh and floral grape variety which could be enhanced by Languedoc terroirs, they chose Albariño. Originally from Galicia, it has made a new home in Foncalieu’s Puichéric vineyard where oceanic and Mediterranean influences meet, allowing it to express its full richness. Aged 4 months in stainless steel vats.
